Hello Dear Hearts,
My name is Sister Elisabeth, and
I am your sister on the spiritual path.
I am on the path of pursuing the
teachings of the ascended masters from the beginning unto the end.
I believe you can achieve spiritual awakening and
tie yourself to your Higher Self with the
assistance of the Ascended Masters,
because these teachers unconditionally love you.
A goal I have is to help other people,
no matter where you live or
what your beliefs are.
I believe with all my heart
the absolute best vehicle for you
to attain spiritual awakening is using
one or more of the spiritual tools which have been
given to us by the ascended masters.
My story of pursuing these teachers
began when I was still a child and very small.
However I didn’t find the teachings until much later
when I was in naturopathic medical school.
I had a dream.
More than anything I wanted to be
a doctor of natural medicine and
help people through this branch of healing.
I found a school to attend and
jumped on board with all my energy and attention.
My life was very intense and very full.
I had to study full time and attend classes full time
while maintaining a certain grade point average
in order to remain in school.
Then one day while I was in a health food store
this book practically fell into my hands.
I returned with it to my home and began
to read it before going to sleep.
The title was Human Aura
written by someone named Kuthumi.
I think I was attracted to the book
because the colors on the cover were so beautiful.
One night as I was reading
I came to a sentence in the Human Aura book
which said and I quote:
“One of the first exercises I wish therefore to give to the students for the strengthening of the aura involves a threefold action. The student begins by visualizing the threefold flame expanding from within the secret chamber of his heart. . .”
End of quote.
When I read that I could not for the life of me
visualize what he mentions. . .
And I knew I had a lot of work to do. . .
So, What is the threefold flame?
And what is the secret chamber of the heart?
The threefold flame is a tiny flame
continually burning in your heart.
It is only 1/16th of an inch high.
That is pretty small.
The energy of God flows down and it
lands in your threefold flame.
From there that energy goes out
to the rest of your body.
So, the threefold flame is like a generator
which keeps everything going.
It is a plume of Light colored
pink, blue and golden yellow and
anchored in your heart.
It is the end point and the beginning point of
your tie to God.
Your threefold flame unites you with your God Presence,
giving you life, purpose and cosmic integration.
The secret chamber of your heart is
the hidden place where this flame resides.
This secret chamber is surrounded by
a forcefield of incredible light and protection.
It is not of the physical.
It occupies the third and fourth and other unknown dimensions.
This central chamber is the altar of your heart.
It is the connecting point of the stream of energy that
descends from your God Presence
to sustain the beating of your physical heart.
Treasure this point of contact by
giving conscious recognition to it.
Each acknowledgment paid daily
to the flame within your heart will
amplify the power, Love and wisdom within you.
So you have a secret chamber in your heart
where the flame of God dwells.
